Survey and client records are encrypted and hosted in the UK, under UK and EU GDPR. You get a full audit trail of every action, we do not use it to train our models, and nothing is shared outside your account unless you opt in. Your data stays yours and is exportable at any time — we would rather earn your stay than lock you in.
